SWITCH MODEL® ONLINE LEARNING COURSE
The Switch Model® Online Learning Course builds the emotional agility of all employees to help them to ‘show up’ physically and mentally to work and at home. They can access the tools and techniques within the course whenever they need to unpick a new challenge or issue.
The engaging, interactive learning platform provides opportunities for self-reflection, growth, stimulation and the chance to press the ‘reset’ button in life. It shows us how to work and live at our optimal selves.

SWITCH MODEL® COACHING
The next stage is to keep this enthusiasm growing and to embed the learning from the workshop through 1:1 or team coaching calls. Here, we are able to unpick issues or challenges that come up in real time.
Coaching calls really support the ongoing development of sustainable change, resulting in well-supported, resilient staff.
Coaching typically lasts up to six months or until the change you want to see happen.
SWITCH MODEL® TEACHING WEBINARS
Switch Model® teaching webinars are also available to concentrate on specific teaching time for larger numbers of people who want to grow together. Often, themes or patterns are identified, and a bespoke session created and delivered so the organisation can move forward with the most challenging aspects facing employees.
