Two shots to hear Rhian at NHS EXPO – 4-5 September 2019
It’s September, it’s NHS Health and Innovation EXPO, the biggest NHS-led event of the year.
And once again Rhian is taking to the stage to support the spread and scale of High Intensity Use services and the Rotating Paramedic Model.
In her role as clinical lead for NHS England’s High Intensity Use (HIU) programme, Rhian is being joined on day two HIU lead colleagues from sites across the country to share their expertise in setting up and HIU service and the benefits it can bring to individuals, health and care systems and the community. You’ll find her speaking in the Clinical Improvement Zone at 2.15pm.
Also on day two, on Health Education England’s stand (number 77, 11.15am), Rhian will be presenting the Rotating Paramedic Model and the results of its independent evaluation. The recent NHS England publication, Planning to Safely Reduce Avoidable Conveyance, published in July 2019, includes promoting the implementation of the model as one its recommendations, so go along and see how it can benefit your health system.
NHS Expo is taking place at Manchester Central on 4 and 5 September 2019. Focused on the NHS Long Term Plan, Expo unites more NHS, local government and social care leaders than any other health and care event.
We hope to see you there!
